About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive enrolment and conversion strategies across a large network of sites. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will take ownership of sales performance, manage a motivated team, and implement strategies that deliver measurable results. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and strategic thinking to achieve ambitious targets.
What We’ll Like to See in You
You have at least 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a people management capacity, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets in competitive markets. You’re highly organized, data-driven, and confident using Excel/CRM systems to optimize performance. Your strengths include coaching teams, building relationships, and innovating sales strategies. Experience managing large teams and call centre functions will be an advantage.
