The role of client partner would work closely with other partners in the region on key or acquisition accounts then with a regional Executive Partner on more tactical executive relationships. You will also partner with our APAC Solutions Lead on strategic / enterprise projects and transformations.
You must have a passion for networking with senior decision makers in your space, and enjoy placing niche senior talent. You will work closely with clients to place key roles for their business and also identify opportunities to pitch interim, SOW or project based work.
Accountability:
- Manage key accounts & own the end to end recruitment process
- Map and build key stakeholder relationships with these accounts
- Map and expand key stakeholder touch points to increase the flow of exclusive and high quality work
- Generate leads, obtain commercial information on changes and transformations , pain points, team structures, talent acquisition strategies and new key stakeholder relationships
- Share intel with exec partners, leadership and client solutions teams
