Location: REMOTE but must be based in Vietnam

Data Engineering & Analytics

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Data Solution Designer to lead the design, optimization, and delivery of AWS-based data solutions within our evolving Data Engineering team. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring innovative, scalable, and high-quality data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and performance tuning of AWS data solutions (S3, Redshift, Athena, Glue, etc.)
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Enhance Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Master Data Management, and Advanced Analytics platforms
• Collaborate with business partners, data architects, and cross-functional teams to drive value
• Monitor system health, ensure data quality, and advocate best practices in data engineering and governance

Requirements

• 10+ years hands-on experience designing and architecting AWS data solutions
• Proven experience with large-scale data platforms and AWS data services
• Strong coding, integration, and analytics skills
• Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects
• Fluent English and Vietnamese
