We are partnering with a well-established retail organisation to hire a Senior HR Executive to support their growing business. This role will focus heavily on high-volume retail recruitment and will report directly to the Country HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail operations, including bulk hiring for frontline roles (e.g. retail associates, supervisors, and store managers)

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective hiring strategies

Drive sourcing initiatives through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, walk-in interviews, and career fairs

Ensure timely hiring to meet business demands while maintaining quality of hires

Manage interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding processes

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs

Track and analyse recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency

Support employer branding initiatives to attract retail talent

Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal HR policies
Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 4–6 years of HR or recruitment experience, with a strong focus on retail or high-volume hiring

Proven track record in managing mass hiring within tight timelines

Candidates from recruitment agencies with a focus on retail volume hiring are highly encouraged to apply

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Hands-on, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

Familiarity with local labour laws and recruitment best practices
