We are partnering with a well-established retail organisation to hire a Senior HR Executive to support their growing business. This role will focus heavily on high-volume retail recruitment and will report directly to the Country HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail operations, including bulk hiring for frontline roles (e.g. retail associates, supervisors, and store managers)

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop effective hiring strategies

  • Drive sourcing initiatives through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, walk-in interviews, and career fairs

  • Ensure timely hiring to meet business demands while maintaining quality of hires

  • Manage interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding processes

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs

  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency

  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract retail talent

  • Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal HR policies

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 4–6 years of HR or recruitment experience, with a strong focus on retail or high-volume hiring

  • Proven track record in managing mass hiring within tight timelines

  • Candidates from recruitment agencies with a focus on retail volume hiring are highly encouraged to apply

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Hands-on, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Familiarity with local labour laws and recruitment best practices
