Senior Project Manager (Regulatory and Digital Transformation)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives spanning regulatory compliance, process optimisation, and digital enablement. This position will oversee multiple workstreams within Group Technology & Operations, working closely with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end project management across regulatory and digital initiatives.
• Manage project governance, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, and IT teams to meet MAS and internal control requirements.
• Lead change management and communication efforts to ensure adoption across business units.

Key Requirements

• 8–12 years’ experience in project management within banking or insurance, ideally within transformation, regulatory, or technology domains.
• Proven success delivering MAS or enterprise-level compliance / digital programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
• Prior contracting experience in financial institutions is advantageous.
