  • Implement modern data transformation approaches, utilizing modular ELT patterns, version-controlled transformations, and data validation routines.
  • Support the integration of disparate data sources (including CRM, product, and channel telemetry) while ensuring reliable refresh schedules.

4. Advanced Analytics & Automation

  • Deploy Python and SQL to automate manual reporting workflows, conduct statistical analysis, perform customer segmentation, and execute forecasting.
  • Develop repeatable analytical assets, such as parameterized reports, reusable code libraries, and standard enterprise KPI definitions.
  • Advocate for technical best practices across the team, including detailed documentation, structured peer reviews, and reproducible code.

5. Stakeholder Management & Delivery

  • Partner with cross-functional business, product, and technology groups to manage demand pipelines, gather requirements, and deliver against project timelines.
  • Communicate sophisticated technical findings in clear, non-technical business language to influence executive decision-making.
  • Ensure all data assets strictly comply with internal governance expectations, including data privacy laws, access controls, and auditability standards.

Requirements & Technical Skillset

  • Education: University degree in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience across data analysis, database management, software/system engineering, and modern reporting development.
  • Domain Background: Prior experience within commercial, corporate, or digital banking is highly preferred, coupled with an understanding of sales/service performance frameworks.

  • BI Tooling: Experience building production-grade enterprise reporting assets. Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense, QlikView, or Tableau is considered a distinct advantage.
  • Project Delivery: Strong project management skills, including structured planning, backlog prioritization, and risk/issue mitigation.
