Technical RPA Business Analyst/ Developer, Fluent English

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Collaborate with global business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize processes suitable for RPA.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and ROI analysis for automation opportunities.
• Document process workflows, business requirements (BRD), and solution design (SDD).
• Ensure alignment of RPA solutions with compliance, regulatory, and security requirements in financial services.
• Act as a liaison between business teams, IT, and automation CoE.

Development & Delivery

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure RPA solutions using enterprise-grade RPA tools (UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism).
• Build reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate automation delivery.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT with business stakeholders.
• Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring for robust production processes.
• Integrate RPA with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Core Banking Systems, SWIFT, etc.) via APIs, web services, and databases.

Support & Governance

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated processes.
• Maintain process documentation, version control, and audit trails in line with financial compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, PCI DSS).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to RPA best practices across the global CoE.
• Train and mentor junior developers and business users on automation capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or RPA Developer, ideally within financial services or banking.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Exposure to workflow management tools, process orchestration, and intelligent automation (OCR, NLP, AI/ML integrations) is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of RPA development lifecycle (PDD, SDD, development, deployment, support).
• Proficiency in programming/scripting (C#, .NET, Python, VB, or Java).
• Understanding of APIs, SQL databases, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of financial systems, payments, compliance, and risk processes.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies and DevOps CI/CD practices.

Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global environment.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional international teams.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and reporting skills.
