Role Duties

• Programme leadership for the member benefit statement project

• Transform and modernize the statement generation operations

• Manage cross-country teams and regional stakeholders

• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business operations

• Ensure the delivery of this critical multi-country initiative

Role Requirements

• 10+ years in tech/ops project/programme management

• Specific experience with statement generation projects

• Proven background in banking or insurance operations

• Regional, multi-country project experience is a plus

• Excellent English; Cantonese is a distinct advantage but not a must
