My client, a global FMCG company, is looking for a Trade Marketing - Channel Activation Manager.
The key focus of this role is to maximize brand presence and visibility by optimizing display opportunities for the product portfolio, with full ownership for compliant execution across the sales landscape.
Job Description:

Collaborate with brand management team to define channel mechanics, A&P spend, and KPIs, ensuring all execution activity aligns with local and regional plans.

Partner with commercial teams to manage promotions, negotiate optimal in-store activations and displays with key customers, and maximize sales and brand visibility.

Act as the market expert, translating customer, shopper, and consumer insights into a clear, strategic input for local channel and commercial planning.
·
Lead the end-to-end execution of all in-market activities including merchandising, consumer engagement, and shopper programs to build long-term brand equity with local distribution partners.

Proactively manage and optimize A&P spending to deliver a healthy ROI, ensure continuous tracking against execution standards, and implement necessary course corrections with Sales Operations.

Analyze and propose new business opportunities across on and off-trade channels
·
Provide the team with essential monthly performance reports and actionable market intelligence on competitor activity.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
·
Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing or channel activation management in a multinational FMCG company
·
Fluent in English
